Terms of Service
Please read this document before subscribing. It explains what Kayros does, what it does not do, how billing works and what each side is responsible for.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Kayros Trading ("Kayros", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Kayros website, dashboard, data, simulators and any related service (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box during registration, subscribing or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure, which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
2. What Kayros is
Kayros is an analytics and education platform for traders of Nasdaq-100 (NQ) futures. It processes options and order flow data and presents it as visual context: gamma and options walls, institutional volume detection, unusual activity levels, gamma exposure and related indicators, alongside real-time charts.
The Service also includes a paper trading account with a simulated balance, a prop firm simulator that reproduces the publicly published rules of third-party proprietary trading firms, and optional competitions ("Challenges") inside that simulated environment.
3. What Kayros is not
Kayros is not a broker, a dealer, an exchange, an investment adviser, a commodity trading adviser or a financial institution, and it is not registered as any of those with any regulator.
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security, futures contract or other instrument. All content is informational and educational.
The Service does not connect to your broker and never routes, places, modifies or cancels a real order. Every position, balance, profit and loss shown inside Kayros is simulated. No real money is traded, held or transferred inside the platform.
You alone decide what to do with the information. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for their outcome.
4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in order to use the Service, and you must not use it where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Write to support@kayrostrading.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Subscription, billing and automatic renewal
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. The current plans are Pro at USD 130 per month and Elite at USD 200 per month. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any tax that may apply where you live.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, DodoPayments. Kayros does not receive or store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the anniversary of your purchase and the payment method on file is charged, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise those recurring charges.
If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or inside the Service; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your profile page or by writing to support@kayrostrading.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
After cancelling you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not delete your account or your history; see the Privacy Policy for deletion.
7. Refunds
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each monthly period and, as a rule, are not refundable once the period has started, because access to the data is granted immediately.
We will refund in good faith when the Service was unavailable for a substantial part of a billing period because of a fault on our side, when you were charged after a valid cancellation, or when a charge was clearly duplicated or made in error.
Request a refund by writing to support@kayrostrading.com from the email address registered on the account, within 30 days of the charge. Please contact us before opening a card dispute: in almost every case we resolve it faster directly.
8. Acceptable use
Your subscription is personal and for one person. You may not share, sell, rent, lend or transfer your account or your credentials, and you may not let more than one person use them. We may suspend accounts whose activity is consistent with sharing.
API ACCESS. Plans that include it grant programmatic access to the Service through a personal key. With that key you may: consume the API from your own tools and systems, within your plan's limits; use the data in your decisions and in tools for your own use, including automated ones; and derive your own signals, indicators or analysis for your own use. An API key is a credential for all purposes of the paragraph above: it is personal and is not shared.
Beyond that own use, and unless agreed in writing with Kayros, you may not redistribute, resell, republish, sublicense or commercially exploit the data, levels, signals, analysis or any other output of the Service, whether raw or derived. In particular: you may not serve the data to third parties as a feed, an API or an export file; sell or offer as a service the signals you derive; feed them into a third-party product; or publish them in a way that substitutes for a subscription. If you need to redistribute, write to us: that is a different licence, not a refusal.
You may not scrape, crawl, mirror or systematically extract the Service, use bots or automated tools against it, reverse engineer it, bypass authentication or plan restrictions, interfere with its operation or security, or use it to build a competing product. API access with a valid key and within your plan's limits does not breach this paragraph: it is the intended use, and what is prohibited here is going around that door instead of using it.
You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, to harass other users, to manipulate a Challenge leaderboard, or to misrepresent Kayros or your relationship with it.
9. Simulator, Challenges and prop firms
The prop firm simulator reproduces rules published by third-party firms as they were understood on the date each firm was added. Those rules change without notice. Always verify them with the firm before buying a real evaluation.
Kayros is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any proprietary trading firm, and does not act as its agent. Firm names are used only to identify the public rule sets reproduced in the simulator.
Results in the simulator do not predict or guarantee that you will pass a real evaluation or receive a payout from anyone.
Challenges are skill-based competitions in a simulated environment. There is no entry fee and no wager. Any reward is stated in the Challenge itself and is granted at our discretion; we may disqualify a participant who breaks these Terms or the rules of the Challenge.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interface, design, texts, indicators, methodology and the way data is processed and presented, belongs to Kayros or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service while your subscription is active and you comply with these Terms. No other right is granted.
Market data shown in the Service comes from third-party sources, remains their property and is subject to their own terms.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without obligation or compensation.
11. Availability, third parties and accuracy of the data
The Service depends on third-party data providers, market feeds, hosting and payment infrastructure. It may be interrupted, delayed, degraded or discontinued for maintenance, technical failure or reasons outside our control.
We work to keep the data accurate, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of error, and market data may be delayed. Never treat a level shown in Kayros as a certainty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Kayros nor its directors, employees or suppliers are liable for trading losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damage arising from or connected to the Service, even if we had been warned that it was possible.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim connected to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, such as liability for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to hold Kayros harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service, from your breach of these Terms, or from your infringement of a third party's rights.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, if there is fraud, a chargeback or a payment risk, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
The sections that by their nature should outlive the agreement — intellectual property, acceptable use, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice by email or inside the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator of Kayros Trading is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law lets you bring a claim where you live.
Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by writing to support@kayrostrading.com.
17. Miscellaneous and contact
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it as part of a corporate reorganisation or a sale of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure, are the entire agreement between us.
