Risk Disclosure
Trading futures involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Read this document in full before using Kayros or making any trading decision.
1. Trading futures involves a substantial risk of loss
Trading futures and options carries a high level of risk. The leverage that makes futures attractive works just as hard against you: a small move in the underlying market can produce a loss larger than your initial margin, and you can lose more than you deposited.
Trade only with money you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your financial situation or your quality of life. If you do not fully understand these risks, seek independent advice from a licensed professional before trading.
2. Kayros does not give investment advice
Everything Kayros shows — gamma and options walls, institutional volume, unusual activity, GEX levels, AI-generated commentary, news and any other indicator — is informational and educational context. It is not a recommendation, not a buy or sell signal and not personalised advice.
Kayros is not a broker, an investment adviser or a commodity trading adviser, and none of its content takes into account your objectives, your financial situation or your risk tolerance. The decision to open, size, hold or close a position is yours alone, and so is the result.
3. No real order is ever executed
Kayros does not connect to your broker and never sends a real order. The balances, positions, profits and losses shown inside the platform are simulated and involve no real money at any point.
4. The data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong
Levels and indicators are derived from third-party market and options data. That data can arrive delayed, be revised, be incomplete or simply be wrong, and our processing of it can contain errors. Feeds and connections can fail mid-session, sometimes exactly when the market is moving fastest.
Options positioning changes continuously. A level that looks significant right now can be irrelevant minutes later. Never treat a Kayros level as a guarantee that price will react there.
5. Past performance does not guarantee future results
Any historical result, backtest, statistic, leaderboard, example or screenshot shown by Kayros or by its users describes the past. Markets change, and no method that worked before is guaranteed to work again.
6. Simulated results have inherent limitations
Paper trading, prop firm simulations and Challenges are hypothetical. Simulated results do not represent real trading and carry limitations that no simulation can remove: orders fill without real slippage, without real liquidity and without partial fills, and there is no funding cost, no execution risk and, above all, no real money on the line.
The psychological pressure of risking your own capital is the biggest single difference between a simulated result and a real one. Profitable simulated performance is not evidence that you will be profitable with real money.
7. The simulator does not predict approval at any prop firm
The simulator reproduces the rules that third-party proprietary trading firms have published, as they were understood on the date each firm was added to the platform. Firms change their rules, their targets and their payout conditions without notice, and each applies its own criteria and discretion.
Passing a simulation in Kayros does not mean you will pass a real evaluation, receive funding or obtain a payout. Always verify the current rules with the firm before paying for an evaluation.
8. Kayros is not affiliated with any prop firm
Kayros is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with Apex, Topstep, Tradeify or any other proprietary trading firm. Their names appear only to identify the public rule sets reproduced in the simulator, and every trademark belongs to its owner.
We receive nothing from those firms for your result in the simulator, and we have no influence over their decisions.
9. No guarantee of profit
Kayros does not promise, project or guarantee any level of profit. Most people who actively trade futures lose money. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that you will earn income by subscribing.
10. Technology and availability risk
The platform depends on internet connectivity, third-party feeds and hosting infrastructure. Interruptions, latency, browser issues and maintenance can leave you without data at a critical moment. Never build a trading plan that depends on Kayros being available at a specific instant, and always keep your risk controls at your broker.
11. Your responsibility and your eligibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, for the capital you commit and for the outcome, including losses. You are also responsible for checking that trading futures is legal for you where you live and for meeting any tax obligation that arises.
By using Kayros you confirm that you understand and accept these risks. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
